Certificate Special Exam Credit Recognition System 첨부파일 공지

Purpose

- To motivate students in obtaining certificates, improving language proficiency, and enhancing major-related skills.

 

2025 Spring Semester Schedule

- Application Period: April 1, 2025 June 13, 2025

 

Important Notes

1. A maximum of 18 credits can be earned through the special exam.

2. Certificates and language test scores must be within their validity period at the time of application.

3. Language tests in a student's native language are not accepted.

4. Once credit recognition is approved, the linked course attendance is excused, and an A+ grade is granted.

5. Cancellation after approval is not allowed.

6. Retaking courses is allowed for grades A0 and below.

 

Example

- Student: Hong Gil-dong (Class of 2020)

- Only certificates obtained after enrollment in 2020 are recognized (language test scores must still be valid).

- AWS/Azure Foundational (3 credits) Can be applied to the Cloud Platform course.

- Certificates that **expire before March 31, 2025, cannot be used.

 

Application Process

1. Apply through the university information system Upload certificate Get approval Receive certification.

2. Enroll in a course Apply for credit recognition using the certificate Attendance excused A+ grade granted.
+ Please bring the original documents to the International Administration Office, Room 218, Endicut Building, W19.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

- Q. Do I need to attend classes?

A. No, once approved, all linked classes will be excused, and an A+ will be automatically granted.

- Q. Can I use the same certificate multiple times?

A. No, the certificate can only be used for the designated number of credits and cannot be reused.

- Q. I earned a 6-credit certificate, but I’m only applying for 5 credits this semester. Can I use the remaining 1 credit later?

A. No, any unused credits will be forfeited.
