1. Application Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Students currently enrolled in 3rd year or above, or

• Students who have already completed all coursework (기 수료자)

※ Students who have completed all coursework will undergo the graduation review only if they submit the application for the Graduation Comprehensive Exam.
(If a course-completed student does not submit the application, they will be excluded from the graduation review.)

2. How to Apply for the Graduation Comprehensive Exam

Apply online through the University Information System (대학정보시스템)
(Please refer to the attached manual.)

3. Application Period for the Graduation Exam (University Information System)

December 1, 2025 (Mon) ~ December 5, 2025 (Fri)
You must apply for both the Major Examination and WS Certification.

4. Deadline for Uploading and Submitting Supporting Documents

By December 5, 2025 (Fri) at 17:00

According to the Regulations on the Graduation Comprehensive Exam and Graduation, all prospective graduates must take the Graduation Comprehensive Exam and must submit the application within the designated period.

※ Applicants from the previous year or previous semester who failed must re-submit their application.

A. Major Examination

1. After applying for the major examination that corresponds to you, the department will process approval in batches.

Go to:
University Information System → Academic Management → Woosong Graduation → Graduation Candidates → Major Examination Application

Select your Major Exam → Exam Type: Graduation Exam → Check Precautions → Apply for Graduation Exam

B. WS Certification

1. During the designated period of the Graduation Comprehensive Exam, you must upload a scanned copy of your WS Certification score report (TOEIC, HSK, on-campus mock TOEIC, etc.) or transcript (STEP, GEEC, etc.) when applying.
   If you fail to upload the required documents within the period, you will be excluded from graduation review.

2. For WS Certification submission, preview images or screenshots are NOT accepted.
   You must upload the full score report in PDF format.

If you took the mock TOEIC, please log in to the Test Clinic system and upload your score report there.

3. Please refer to the attached file for detailed WS Certification passing criteria.

• If you do not apply for the Graduation Comprehensive Exam within the application period, your exam result cannot be processed as passed.
